The Challenge
AngelList serves venture funds and companies with software. On the company side of AngelList. the cap table and fundraising solutions faced a challenge as they grew: how to scale scheduling for sales and customer support calls while delighting customers. 

The existing solution, Calendly, lacked the flexibility and advanced features needed for their workflows. This resulted in scheduling inefficiencies, which directly impacted the team's ability to deliver a seamless customer experience.
